The sooner you figure out that you don't know the future in markets the better off you'll be.
Meaning say I build a home for 250k and I sell it for 1 Bitcoin at the current price say 120k. Yes in at a deficit but in 5 to 7yrs btc would be much higher then 250k. Would this help people buy homes cheaper in dollars and bring prices generally down?
Would it work if I build a house with a loan to sell it but I sell it for btc? Im thinking like a 5-7 year term on the loan. Idk why this wouldn't work like Saylor buying btc with his preferred bonds. Please let me know im curious.

I keep seeing people say October will be the month that the bear market starts. But then we have the ETFs buying Bitcoin. Gold did a 10yr run when they launched ETFs. Why wouldn't it be the same or better for Bitcoin?
