The Universal feed on Nostr is becoming a serious problem. It’s unusable and I have reservations on being able to access it.
I realise there is no censorship on relays but perhaps we need to have apps that don’t give access to the universal feed.
I for one would feel much more comfortable having an app on my phone that only gives me access to my curated feeds.
Nostr needs protection from the inevitable bad press or worse when the universal feed content is exposed by MSM.

Lightning Node also set up with two channels
Managed to connect my Zeus Wallet on my iPhone to my Lightning node using Tailscale. Opens super quick compared to over Tor.
Thought I’d mention it here as no one IRL knows what I’m talking about or cares.

Just set up my Umbrel Home Server. Bitcoin node syncing and Nostr relay operational. Testing testing!
Nostr is still heavily all about Nostr. At least in my feed. Not diverse enough for normies yet.
Just set up a newbie with their first wallet. Sent them some bits but they wanted to buy some using moonpay. Nightmare. Tried two different cards but each was declined. The on-ramps are broken.

Watched MSM piece on BBC World News about “Crypto” regulation.
So, so difficult to separate Bitcoin from Crypto for anyone with no Bitcoin exposure.
Addressed all Crypto as investments.
We really need to focus hard on differentiating Bitcoin (and its benefits) from all other Crypto. Otherwise Bitcoin will just get lumped in with altcoins each and every time.
