I’ve wondered this too. I wonder if it’s something to do with the decentralised nature of all the relays - that there isn’t really a “ground truth” state to nostr, it’s fragmented here and there across all the relays (though I might be totally misunderstanding the protocol and stand to be corrected!!)

I just wish it would also post the report to SN, because that's a better experience to get sats prioritied news, although SN doesn't inline Nostr posts 🤔
