I don’t know what a #Gay pop tart is but I’m very excited to go to the store and purchase some.

Now I can include them for a complete breakfast with my gay eggs and bacon along with my gay orange juice. The oatmeal may be gay also but mostly questioning.

I overdid things at the track earlier this week when the heat index was already 100F at 10 a.m. Salt/electrolyte depletion, apparently. First time ever for me. Of course, I'm no spring chicken now, as my wife reminded me.

Was a bit lightheaded at the end. Then started vomiting at 4 p.m. that day, stopped at 6 a.m. the next day. Still weak and recovering. Making the necessary changes.

Let's be careful out there.

Sorry that happened. If there’s a silver lining, once you have experienced heat exhaustion you will be very aware next time you notice even the slightest initial symptom and take action immediately. Definitely a hard lesson to learn.
