That sounds similar to the path I went down. I found that none of the antihistamines helped much, the nasal sprays did help but I had other side effects (bad headaches and nose bleeds) from using them. I could never really stick to a strict carnivore diet but my diet is heavily animal based, I cut out most processed foods, most bread (except sometimes sourdough) and try to consume more probiotic foods for gut health.

Here’s the thing about the bitcoin-Trump-govt-takeover doomers…

First, Trump doesn’t care about bitcoin or crypto that much. The argument always seems to be some big conspiracy to make a CBDC and use the bitcoin rocket to expand their reach and dominate all the KYC paper bitcoin and trap everyone in it, etc etc.

But it’s only us who put bitcoin at the center of our “plans.” They are “playing with it” because it’s this tiny side project that has been making money. Thats it. Trump is interested because there are voters he can appeal to. There is SO much honesty in the “and whatever else you are playing with” comment. He doesn’t care about any of this, and neither do the overwhelming majority of them.

It’s a bunch of opportunists that see growing numbers and so they buy an exchange, they try to dominate this and that market, etc. it’s nothing new.

Look at the stupid shitcoins they keep issuing. You think these are brilliantly laid plans? They could barely sell anything of their latest scam.

And of course when considering the exploiters of the old system, they will have more capital to dominate the new, but this doesn’t change in any way the fundamental incentive shift that occurs within the Bitcoin model.

Fiat has a corruption loophole, Bitcoin plugs that loophole.

Quit declaring failure before things even get off the ground. And quit framing Bitcoin’s importance through OUR lens instead of theirs. They don’t have that.

This is where “stay humble” shows up in practice, imo. We aren’t the most important thing in their world. We are winning and just need to put our head down and build solutions to TODAY’s problems, not throw our hands up in surrender or put all our concern in some elaborate, long term “probably going to happen” master plan.

One interesting outcome from the journey to improve my health over the last few years is that I seem to have cured the pretty severe seasonal allergies/hayfever that I had struggled with for as long as I can remember. In the past, during spring (October & November here in Australia), I would be avoiding going outdoors as much at possible to avoid making the symptoms worse.

Last year the symptoms weren’t as bad although they were still a problem. This year though I’ve been able to spend a lot of time outdoors every day and apart from occasional slightly itchy eyes, I’ve had no other symptoms.

I don’t think I can pinpoint exactly what changes I’ve made that have helped with this. It is probably the combination of many diet and lifestyle changes but I think that cutting out a lot of processed food and improved gut health may be a big part of it.

I- f you really want to teach people about Bitcoin, you need to make excellent content for free, and distribute it to as many people as possible

- How should I brand my new podcast?

- Would prospera be a good place for a VC?

- Live with your heart, more than your head. Each day you leave the house, ask your heart to turn right or left. Amp up over time

- How do I find a reasonably priced, accessible, low tax, island to buy and live on?

- Build out at home podcast studio for 1. Stop procrastination and start recording

- In the same way that Bitcoin is disrupting central banking, does Nostr disrupt nation state beauacracy? No longer need official gov id to prove trustworthy, but a nostr digital ID. Ltd pty disruption?

- Get in better shape. You can’t beat Bitcoin re wealth. So focus on health, to then generate value. What did a weight lifter 150 years ago do?

- Revel in being a dad. Savour the early days. This is proof of work. - - Don’t worry about big projects right now

- Learn to produce house music. Jazz influence

- Double down on building a personal brand digitally. Cashflow & investment opportunities will come from that

- Why not just invest in your favourite VC funds? Why need to be a VC yourself? What insight do you have over others?

- Build a Bitcoin backed real estate development co that can access fiat leverage

- Learn to take good photographs

- Look at skool. Create a wealth course

- Build a nostr product to solve btc sessions problem

What I do next is filter out:

- fuck yeak vs fuck no

- actionable vs unactionable

- maybe later

- The One

- Diarised yes/no

The key, as I am learning, is about energetics, and creating more space for new ideas to come through, whilst hammering out a system that helps you focus in on what's actually in alignment

Lots of bad ideas is totally fine!

What's interesting also is seeing how repetitive some ideas are... Some things just REALLY want to come into existence
