Earlier today Environment America put up an article called "Bitcoin’s purposeless power problem" which was full of defunded claims about Bitcoin’s environmental impact.

They have now removed their article from their site after I wrote to them pointing out numerous factual errors, with citations and data.

Hey fam. I’ve been thinking a lot over the past five days that I’ve had off from the fiat mines about how I can add value to the Nostr community.

The most obvious answer is related to where my greatest areas of expertise lie.

- tips for turning space in your home into growing space

- food preservation methods and building a strategic food supply

- how to eat p*ssy. (Just seeing who has read this far. But I digress)

Their "authority" isn't real. All they have is threats of violence and then violence. Having the bigger gun doesn't make you right and blanket mandates with no regard for individual circumstances is criminal no matter how you try to justify it.

Now do I hate or fear those who took it? No! I saw how many were sent to the wall and coerced and had no option. I feel for those people.

The ones I detest are the ones who after seeing all the harm, all the failures, all the lives destroyed either by reactions or consequences of unconstitutional and unethical mandates, are STILL pushing for more mandates and more tyranny. Whether they be politicians, bureaucrats or individuals who have been glued to the TV for too long.

Guys if there's anything to be learnt from all this it's this: government is not your friend, people who disagree with you are not your enemy, everyone is different and don't judge until you've looked at every side of a situation.

Yes, technically you could just share zap.stream url and it will render fine in Damus and will allow you to watch it also. Slightly less integrated experience but still OK.

I buy sauerkraut and kimchi at the farmer’s market here sometimes but yeah it would be much cheaper to make it. It seems difficult to get raw milk here in South Australia unless you own cows or know someone who does.. I buy jersey milk from a local small producer here that is pasteurised but not processed in any other way and that doesn’t seem to cause me any issues.
