And when I asked it why it corrected the one mistake, it explained why it did so. And so now I know.
So, it turns out chat GPT can check and correct letters in Spanish. I am a non-native Spanish speaker, and needed to write a Spanish letter, but I don't have a Spanish keyboard installed.
Easy and done. And it fixed an error I missed and another I didn't realize was wrong.
I saw really significant improvements really early like within the first month. And now around the 3 month mark it seems like I'm seeing more.
I haven't changed my daily routine except that I'm sleeping better and getting up earlier and doing somewhat more work outside. I am fairly active at work. It hasn't been a perfect 3 months as life and sickness have gotten in the way a bit. But I still have a long list of significant health improvements I could talk about.
My goal originally was to go for 3 months and see how it went. At this point I plan to keep on until the excess fat comes off which for me is at least 10 more pounds, probably 15-20. I did need to lose some weight but weight loss wasn't really the main thing for me. Nevertheless I think I'm down over 20 lbs already with no calorie restriction, and have put on a lot of muscle. Before I could put on muscle and maintain my weight, but I couldn't lose weight.
3 months ago is the one that's showing up last with the coat on.

I think it is predictable they would go after the weaker ones first to get precedent and a few wins. I don't this implies ETH is in any way immune, quite the contrary.
