Maybe it was because I smoked way too much weed in high school, but I always thought Taco Bell slapped. π
Not so much nowadays.
I've kind of done the opposite. When I stopped eating fast food, I still craved Taco Bell Crunch wraps, so I figured out how to make them at home. with homemade queso.

Parm is better melted in a pasta. queso is already melted cheese. And the other two, I'm actually not sure of what they are off the top of my head.
I gotta say I agree with this. The added privacy doesn't seem worth the custodial trade-off to me.
Even some of the fancy cheeses we have at work for a cheese boards absolutely slap when you melt them into a sandwich.
You know, I was going to try to argue this point, but I can't really think of a cheese that is better unmelted.
I also wonder about this for clients. I know for a fact I've had some people not know that you could do certain things in amethyst for example by long pressing on a particular button.
