I've been working on my plating.

I might be completely off my ass, but I think people are falling for the same thing that they kind of do in Bitcoin, which is adoption at all costs. We get one easy to use client that solves a lot of problems. It makes zaps easy for people. It makes the whole creating an account thing easy for people. People want easy. Most people don't want to have to think. That's why they're on shit like TikTok and Instagram and other sorts of social media.
I also think there's a lack of understanding of why people need these technologies. So they fall for some of the same pitfalls of legacy media. Also, it doesn't help that there are influencers that people trust who shill these products a bunch.
Lol no worries. It took me a few hours, but I finally landed on a direction. This will probably be the third time I've redone this set list. 😅
I don't have a lot of throw pillows like that, but now I want to replace all of them in my house with this.
Unfortunately, it's got to be at least four on the floor. I'm playing a tag team set with somebody.
Trying to get into house music mode for this weekend and boy my brain is just not having it. I don't know why. I cannot fucking stand house music right now.
My favorite lunch and breakfast snack lately has been fresh sourdough and guacamole.
You can make the guacamole while the bread toasts.

That annoying feeling when there's a really dope label and you're trying to track down a lot of their music but they don't have an actual website and only do mainstream social media like TikTok and Instagram.
Why are some labels like this 😭
Lol #2 is pretty dope. Only way it would be cooler is if there was a hippo floating in space somehow.
My thought behind this is you're generally not making a bunch of accounts when you're on the go. You're only trying to log in to what you already have. So if you're at home, dicking around, making new accounts, those will sync up with all of your other devices while you're home. Then when you leave, you don't have to worry about having a publicly exposed passport manager.
I use a locally hosted vaultwarden. Passwords only sync on the local network.
At 11:27 a.m Eastern time today May 14th 2024 governments around the world lost full control over #Monero because now a haveno network called reto is fully online. https://monero.town/post/3143272
it is the Monero version of bisq.
As of this time, two transactions have already occurred, and at least one of them was just a successful test.
Runs really well on my laptop. 10 peers and counting.
Only on amethyst where it's easier to curate what I'm seeing.
I also manually moderate my relay. Cloudflare only does DNS for the relay. I don’t have proxying on, so no caching or edge stuff.
I’ve been hesitant to run a bigger hosting service for images because of this. And Nostr.build has done a great job. nostr:npub138s5hey76qrnm2pmv7p8nnffhfddsm8sqzm285dyc0wy4f8a6qkqtzx624 is working on a project that makes it much easier to host and keep an eye on things. Anyone with a VPS or a home server they are willing to expose to the WWW can host their own and their NIP-05 using it.
Im currently running quentins project.
But yeah, it has definitely made me question running a public file server.
I don't use CloudFlare I manualy check about once a week. but unfortunately I've had to ban some npubs from my file server recently because I've seen things along these lines. I knew it would happen eventually, but it was genuinely depressing to see.
Unfortunately, she moved her kittens, I have no idea where she moved them to.
