I was eating sausage (No way in hell I'm cooking something complex while I'm like this.) And it was like someone whispered the word sausage two houses down and I caught the tale and of the word on the wind.
Man, I gotta say the worst part of this whole not being able to taste shit business is I'm getting the La Croix version of all the flavor.
might or might not have done that a couple times while I still had a fold account.
At least the Alex Jones episodes were more entertaining. π
Oh yeah. vitamin D. I take that regularly because of where I live. We don't get a lot of sun.
Also, I don't know if this is true or not, but I read a long time ago during the whole peak of the hype that THC was good for it in some ways, or at least help you recover, and I'm laughing because I grow weed, so I'm very inoculated there. π
That still requires someone to run a web server, though.
Statistically, I was going to catch the vid at some point in time. But, god damn it, I'm mad about this.
Yup. It was weird because like I could feel the physical reaction of something spicy ish in my mouth so things were tingling but there was like no flavor at all.
Just eat an onion like an apple, ama. π
If my fever was the start of it Ive had it since wednesday
I feel fine lol. Thats the fucked up part. I just cant smell or taste.
Well shit it took 3 years but I finally caught the vid. I guess my fever was not a fever. Woke up this morning and could not taste or smell.
Taste and smell is what I live for. This must be what hell is like becasue im fine besides not being able to smell or taste anything.

At the 3:04 mark of the track below, Aphex Twin offers us a glimpse at the sample he used to craft the entire seminal work that is Bucephalus Bouncing Ball. It sounds like a marble or ball bearing hitting a glass table.
You read that right: he used that sample to craft the entire song, using now free software called Composers Desktop Project https://composersdesktop.com/
Itβs janky and dated and to my knowledge, nothing else exists (almost 30 years later, that does what it does.
Hereβs the rub (and the proof of work): there was no GUI for Composers Desktop Project when this was written. It would have all be done via command line. I cannot imagine even attempting to recreate this in #Ableton, much less conjuring up the ideas and executing every beat division and tone with command prompts, and no influence to draw from. What a legend.

Aphex twin is the goat.
What does it mean if you get a DM from the nostr:npub1creatr06r4vr7rzx22f4kawdfj82yt09vw5rqw0kan8sr43h608s3dfeh6 relay? I don't remember signing up if I did. π

I think I'm finally starting to understand the phrase, curiosity killed the cat. I was curious, so I scrolled through the hashtag. And sure enough, I saw a video that I wish I could unsee.
Not that it's grotesque, it's just that it makes me understand humans even less.
They probably pays really well, but it's gotta be kinda soul-crushing to write corpo rap.
Damn, save some pussy for the rest of us. π
