Most people have families and value stability. Asking people go all in and risk everything all the time is destabilizing and bad advice for most people. Taking risks is normal and not exposing yourself to hard assets is in itself a risk these days but most risk aversion is fine imho.

Anyone can list their business on the platform, as long as they accept bitcoin. Customers don't actually buy stuff on the website itself, but it's used as a way to contact sellers that accept bitcoin. I bought coffee on their a few times!
