So this book title in my case should be updated to :
3 million bucks by 40: how to finally admit my fancy degree didn't help, admit parents were right about newfangled ideas and objective truth, and maybe survive a covid vaccine to finally afford a 3 bedroom house.
the book itself was quite interesting. the guy kept buying real estate in new york city in gentrifying neighborhoods using leverage until finally he bought a whole apartment building with his own bar in the ground floor.
i just watched a Candace Owens interview with an ex-CIA agent. I used to think it was funny to be call someone a CIA agent or whatever, because at least that means they are smart and ambitious.
i didn't realize it was really as bad as it is. The 80% at the bottom are young and smart and motivated and the 20% at the top are narcissistic psychopaths with no regard for human life
one of the stories is that they openly leave information about who were their field spies accessible to the other nation. this means, that when those spies get killed by X nation, the CIA can then bang drums about "they killed so-and-so" and we need to take action.
it's like we are fighting ourselves all over the world!
we need more kids like this guy. perhaps we should also train kids to recognize when they are being manipulated by companies/recruiters into thinking they are smart/special and owe loyalty to X enterprise etc.

I feel the same. Responses are the best, likes are just as good as zaps.
It's only due to the fact that Bitcoin is the first programmable internet money that zaps are cool. But putting money and social media together is basically Venmo which i actually dislike very much seeing how friends' split checks and things. It's just so bizarre.
