I use them a lot. Easier and faster as I always use randomised passwords and emails but then I hate how much time I waste forgetting passwords, resetting, waiting for the reset…blah blah blah. Is it true they can’t be brute force attacked?
It blows my mind how quickly children learn. I asked my 21 month old son to unplug a new red light we had installed in the bedroom this morning, he acknowledges me, runs off, switches it off, unplugs it from the wall and puts it on the bedside table and then runs back to me within 2 minutes. He can’t even put two words together but he can take instructions and safely complete multi-stage tasks on his own. 🤯🤯🤯

We purchased a light unit that can be used on the whole body. Been using it just on my face, neck and shoulders to start with for a couple of minutes twice a day. Hoping to use it every morning up to 30 mins we eventually! Excited to see how it works. We also switched the red lights in the evening and early morning to help with sleep, that’s working a treat!!
