This release adds the much requested Settings page with a few key options that apply to all users in the app.

- Adds options for:

- The default language of the app

- The default theme of the app

- If it loads images automatically or not

- If it loads URL previews automatically or not

- If it plays videos automatically or not

- Updates to the Japanese translations by nostr:npub1f5uuywemqwlejj2d7he6zjw8jz9wr0r5z6q8lhttxj333ph24cjsymjmug

They appear in the feed. If somebody makes a community of classifieds it will show up there as well.

You can use https://satellite.earth/ or https://nostr.kiwi/ or https://zapddit.com to create and manage them.

The only issue is that some clients erase non `p` tags from the contact list when updating it. We should probably have a NIP for this.

If the contact list includes a community kind `a` tag or a chat creation `e` tag, it will also include those in the feed.

We take both. If lists include hashtags and the user selects that list to filter the feed, it will include the hashtag in the filter. So, one can do a list with all hashtags, or a group of hashtags, combined or not with other things like people, communities and public chats.
