Muun is way too problematic when mempools are full, the fees get out of control. Aqua might be interesting, but for my case, I was trying to onboard people to a wallet that supports lnurl, and aqua wasn't working :(

It's been *so* fucking hard on-boarding people to LN without Phoenix. All the other wallets are less than ideal. Glad to have them back.

Something I *really* miss about macOS is how you don't need to know where anything is in the file menus of an app. Universally, applications have a search button, so if I'm looking for setting/option, I can just type it in and it takes me there. How does every operating system/DE not do this?

You can always run KDE on Ubuntu. IMO it's become much more usable than GNOME over the last couple years.

Did I mention how much I am loving Fedora KDE Plasma 42 Beta? It seems I am a bit smitten.

"Good morning," said Deep Thought at last.

"Er... Good morning, O Deep Thought," said Loonquawl nervously, "do you have... er, that is..."

"An answer for you?" interrupted Deep Thought majestically. "Yes. I have."

The two men shivered with expectancy. Their waiting had not been in vain.

"There really is one?" breathed Phouchg.

"There really is one," confirmed Deep Thought.

"To Everything? To the great Question of Life, the Universe and Everything?"

"Yes."

Both of the men had been trained for this moment, their lives had been a preparation for it, they had been selected at birth as those who would witness the answer, but even so they found themselves gasping and squirming like excited children.

"And you're ready to give it to us?" urged Loonquawl.

"I am."

"Now?"

"Now," said Deep Thought.

They both licked their dry lips.

"Though I don't think," added Deep Thought, "that you're going to like it."

"Doesn't matter!" said Phouchg. "We must know it! Now!"

"Now?" inquired Deep Thought.

"Yes! Now..."

"Alright," said the computer and settled into silence again. The two men fidgeted. The tension was unbearable.

"You're really not going to like it," observed Deep Thought.

"Tell us!"

"Alright," said Deep Thought. "The Answer to the Great Question..."

"Yes...!"

"Of Life, the Universe and Everything..." said Deep Thought.

"Yes...!"

"Is..." said Deep Thought, and paused.

"Yes...!"

"Is..."

"Yes...!!!...?"

"Forty-two," said Deep Thought, with infinite majesty and calm.

Fedora sounds mighty appealing lately. I just updated my PopOS machine and it nuked itself. I'm so sick of playing russian roulette with updates with Ubuntu-based systems. And any time I bring it up and ask for help, I basically get accused of "holding it wrong". I've been on Ubuntu for over a decade and it's always been like this, I honestly don't know why I still bother.

Sorry, just had to vent 😅

Love Linux on my MacBook. It's running my lightning node.

I love how you type with your hands perpendicular to the keyboard!

I love bitcoin, but I don't love the dogma. People really aren't thinking.. Just repeating what they hear.

Ace's is the bar that hosts San Francisco's Bitcoin Meetup, and they're having their 20th anniversary! Send them a tip to thank them for providing a place to meet for SF bitcoiners: aces@bayareabtc.com

I'm comfortable with it being incorrect, because I can clearly tell it didn't understand what I meant by its context. Toss out and try again, or solve more of the problem before asking, has been my approach
