Came for the tech. Stayed for the gains.

It is also a perishable skill. I shot USPSA years ago at least twice a month. Got up to A class. I recently shot my first match in many years and I was terrible. I can still shoot as fast and as accurate as ever, just not at the same time. Haha.

Is the used market an option where you live? Do you also have to jump through a lot of legal paperwork to be able to purchase?

I'm glad they consider Bitcoin money now. No more capital gains if I spend some.

I love the durability. Parts are interchangeable. I hate the grip angle. But that hasn't stopped me from using them.

Yard work, a little home maintenance, and a mountain bike ride with my son today. Enjoying a cold beer and waiting for my wife to decide on dinner. It was definitely a good Friday.

Finally got my son into mountain biking. He's been riding my old bike for about 6 rides and ordered his own. He's been lagging behind me but closing the gap pretty quickly.

On our last ride I told him that I have a date in my head where I'll be chasing him but I'm going to enjoy kicking his ass till then.

I didn't tell him that I think it will be about a month.

I went with these thinking that they would be good for defensive and competition use. Turns out they aren't the best for competition. (USPSA) I need a more precise sight picture for that.
