My wife has a very strange superhuman power.

When we watch TV shows, she’s basically a retard when it comes to recognizing actors and actresses from other shows. She’s always like “that’s the guy from x, y, z.” And it’s not.

(I’m actually good at that game, but not superhuman at it, just above average and light years ahead of her.)

But when it comes to recognizing a song, I’ve never seen anything like it. Two bars, sometimes one. Sometimes just the beat of a drum for one second.

She will name the song, start singing it. Virtually any song she knows. I’m not even doing it justice. She names it before I can even manage a thought about it.

We don’t know what this means, or what to do about it. I told her she missed her calling as *something*, but I don’t know what. She can sing pretty well, dance pretty well, but never really learned studied or practiced either. Never played an instrument.

It’s a form of genius, but totally untapped.

So I try to watch a video about a woman who broke an age of consent law. It's 6 minutes long. I hear lawyers, journalists, everybody's got an opinion. but the ONE AND ONLY opinion that matters is what the young man says about what happened.

I have zero patience with know-it-all pricks opining on it.
