Have you ever wondered why two people can look at the same moment… yet see completely different worlds?

Like invisible glasses we forgot we were wearing, they quietly color our experience long before we realize it.

Most of us move through life seeing through these lenses, not knowing they shape our truth.

We think, “This is just how I am.”

But something shifts the moment we become aware of them.

Awareness gives us choice.

It softens our reactions.

It opens a little inner space where clarity can breathe.

The world doesn’t suddenly change — our way of seeing it does.

And here is something tender and important:

What has happened to us does not define us.

Our lenses — these inner programs — simply learned to respond in the best way they could at the time.

They are reflections of old moments, not reflections of our worth.

And you are not what the lenses filter in.

You are the one looking through them.

A conscious presence.

A soul with the ability to choose again.

With that awareness, a gentle freedom appears.

We begin to notice which lenses support our growth, and which ones once protected us but now keep our light dimmed.

We learn that these patterns aren’t fixed.

We can adjust them.

We can release them.

We can choose the ones that bring us closer to who we truly are.

Metaprograms aren’t our destiny.

They’re simply old stories the mind learned to tell.

And once we see them, we gain the power to rewrite them.

So maybe today, pause for a moment.

Ask yourself:

What lenses am I wearing right now?

Hold them up to the light.

Feel into which ones still serve you…

and which ones your soul is ready to outgrow.

It’s so easy to look outward.

To compare, to strive, to chase things that were never truly ours.

To believe that meaning lives somewhere else,

in someone else, in another life.

But the truth is that we are already enough, just as we are.

We don’t need to become someone else

or live someone else’s version of a happy life.

We are allowed to be here –

where we stand, where we feel,

where we stumble and where we grow.

Even when it hurts.

Even when we don’t understand.

Even when the heart is heavy.

Even then, we are on our path.

Even then, we are enough.

We belong to our own process,

in the midst of everything that is becoming.

We find ourselves when we dare to listen inward,

but we don’t need to understand everything at once.

We don’t need to arrive to be at home.

Perhaps life isn’t about arriving at all,

but simply moving forward – listening, opening, allowing.

Letting the sacred find its place in the everyday,

however the everyday may be.

Letting our inner world clear slowly,

without pressure or expectation.

Accepting that the process itself is the meaning.

That the great adventure is the living itself.

Today I choose to accept my own adventure.

As I am.

As life is.

I accept the great adventure of being me.

I was ”attacked” by this dog Luna 2.5 years ago and it has been so much love & laugh since then. Don't know what I would do without this crazy, funny and wonderful lady.

It is really healing to have a dog in one's life. Thanks to her, I get to experiance the forest several times a day.

Aa yes! Maby I will try that. I usually do that with flowers like Zinnia and sunflowers. Otherwise mostley cale, cabbage and broccoli. Will definitely try Cosmoses sometime. But for me it have never been a problem with the wind and birds. I mostley have problem with mice stealing my sweet pea seeds or deer stealing tulip bulbs😆

Yes it is a great idea for sure! The only thing that didn’t was sucessful was my Cosmos Bipinnatus. They become very week . I usually grow them outdoor from the start when the soul is heted up so I don’t know if it was the roll growing itself or if it was just beacause I grew them indoor.

Last spring I tested to grow in rolled bubble wrap and household paper. It have been very popular here in Sweden for some years and I just had to try it out to see what everybody was talking about. And yes, it was amazing! Everything grew so well. So happy that I could fit over hundred seeds in one small roll. Didn’t take any space at all. Guess whats happend? Well they growed a bit more and when the were big enough for a plant per pot I had a HUGH problem were to put all hundreds and hundreds of plants🙈😂

It is always the same problem for me. Where to put all plants when they grow up?🤷🏼‍♀️🤣 ”Learning by doing” doesn’t seem to aplay on grow from seeds😂 But it is nice to have ”some” extra to give as a gift to friends. 😁🌱

Never gets tired of beautiful Northen Lights / Aurora or ”Norrsken” as we say in Sweden.

You can almost hear the energy from the solar storms crossing the atmosphere. An outstanding light show that reminds me of how big and amazing the universe is.
