There's nothing more inspiring than taking agency over your life. This is the beauty of bitcoin, it allows you to take agency over your money. From there, you begin to see the field much more clearly and become emboldened. This is why I have focused my life's effort on bitcoin.

Our political class in the US is completely uninspiring. Filled with a combination of mental defectives, virtue signalers, and spineless cowards who are actively dividing the populous while making things materially worse.

No one is coming to save you. You must save yourself.

We’re winning so hard.

Contrary to popular belief history doesn't rhyme, it repeats. Rudy Havenstein and Dave Collum join the show to discuss the criminality that is rampant throughout our monetary and political systems today and how it has led to a society on the brink.

It was an absolute honor to get Rudy on TFTC. I’ve been following him for a decade and can say there has been no one who has trolled the Fed better.

As always, Dave came with the heat. The last hour is me and Dave falling down some taboo rabbit holes.

FATF is beginning to push governments to ban bitcoin because they don't think they can comply. It's time to begin asking what FATF is, why it has any influence, and who is driving decisions internally.

Unelected officials shouldn't have this much power.

RHR is about to go live. nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx and I are thinking of a title. Any suggestions?

The development tools around lightning have matured to the point where it is easier than ever for non-bitcoin companies to implement bitcoin payments into their products. Kody Low explains.

Whether or not you agree with Nigel Farage's political views, you should recognize that the attack on him by the British banking system is indicative of a slippery slope toward the normalization of de-banking.

This is why we bitcoin, freaks.

The focus by the bitcoin development community on perfecting payments via the lightning network is beginning to pay off.

Kody Low joins the show to explain how lightning is becoming the IP layer of the bitcoin stack and how it is uniquely suited to solve the payments problem emerging in AI.

This episode helped me get a better understanding of the lightning network and how it acts as a transport mechanism to connect a wide range of complementary 2nd layer bitcoin solutions.

It also made me certain that the AI industry will be the first to adopt lightning en masse.

If you believe that the convergence of lightning and AI is a no brainer throw your hat in the ring of the #Ai4ALL hackathon. It ends on July 31st and is a great way to show some of the leaders in AI how their industry can be supercharged by bitcoin.

Just recorded a TFTC rip with Kody Low. We’re winning so hard, freaks. A lot of work yet to be done, but we’re winning.

Subscribe so you don’t miss it. Very bullish rip.

Tested the IBEX check out and paid via my @`getAlby`wallet that has accumulated sats from zaps.

Seamless experience. Paid in seconds and didn't have to give up any credit card info.

The future is now. It's just not evenly distributed.

There are few things better than getting together with bitcoiners who are working to make everything work. Last week at nostr:npub1theparkprcs70dcs437ke9zzwsr6u60f8flu7rg28m30438aep9sd94dha for the Lightning Summit was something special.

Lightning has a ways to go, but there is a ton of progress being made.

If anything, the summit reinforced the reality scaling bitcoin is hard. Very hard. Luckily for us, there are extremely smart people focused on the problem and shipping solutions that are bringing the network to more and more people every day.

The question that remains is just how sovereign the network will be when all is said and done. Things are pretty centralized right now, but it is getting easier to be a sovereign lightning user over time. The hope is that we can get the UX around sovereign usage to the point of parity with every day fintech apps before the fee market prices sovereign users out.

Still coming off the high of the Lightning Summit in Nashville last week. Always great getting together with the people building out the monetary infrastructure of the future.

We are winning. Most don’t know it yet.

The concept of capital has been corrupted by easy money and "growth at all costs". As the world transitions to a bitcoin standard it will be imperative to understand what capital is and how it's meant to work. nostr:npub1sfhflz2msx45rfzjyf5tyj0x35pv4qtq3hh4v2jf8nhrtl79cavsl2ymqt joins the show to explain.

We really need to abolish the TSA.

The Bank of International Settlements recently released a blueprint for a future monetary system run on CBDCs.

It's wrought with all of the hubris, bad assumptions, and creepy control mechanisms that you would expect.

Here's my breakdown of their plan:
