To me, the biggest issue is age. A healthy society is one that retires elderly people to a life of leisure, not having them in the most stressful jobs like running the country! It’s all unfolding like the 4th turning. Prophet generation is clinging onto power, nomad gen is skipped over. It’s time for the hero gen (millennials) to rise up! ✊

Large proportion of psychopaths that are attracted to, and good at politics. In a tribal society, they may have become leaders, but would also be held accountable and ostracized if their behavior was unacceptable. The current political class is above accountability, thus their behavior. They are not able to sleep in the same village as the villagers. They live in walled fortresses with armed security, and our stolen money. They want us unarmed, bankrupt, brainwashed, and speechless. To them we are the cows to be milked.
