I have always used Satellite on the web and subscribed to Media Hosting, but I haven't uploaded much, just 3 pics. Feeds are always on Satellite though, very easy-to-read threads, and all, no need to leave the page, just click, click, click - for lazy surfers like me. I don't think I'd like frozen tomato, though I'm aware that some people freeze their fruits and vegs. Maybe I can tolerate fruit or veg dehydration, but not freezing them, as I want them crunchy. Dehydrated ones are crunchy though

Do I have to use a pressure canner? I'm not gonna be selling them, just preserve them, as I love tomatoes, and I eat them like one eats chocolates, and I think the pressure canner you're talking about is a piece of steel that presses the fruit down so it remains submerged in liquid?

how do you preserve tomatoes though? I've seen some on YT, but a bit different from what I learned in grade school, so I thought I could maybe learn from someone who's into food preserves?
