Deleted all my remaining docker stuff and it wasn't helping. Turns out update notifier was notifying several hundred times a second. Cleared 276GB syslog and restarted.
Now I'm all good, but I have to rebuild all the services I tore down in panic.

I turned off the damus relay for the purposes of global and my feed is so much better.
YouTube Music recently updated so that it always shows the album art in landscape mode (with no indication of which song) instead of allowing me to pull up the up next list to see what song is coming up without pulling my phone off its mount.
