8) I think I have banana phone mentioned there. Will it serve as hotspot for my modern device? Will it be up to speed?
I need anonymous phone but also encrypted communication and luxury of modern huge phone.
5) Here it's about scaling what I already have.
I have Trezor, backuped with great care and not-small investment (Shamir, stamped on stainless steel, very carefully distributed to match my threat model)
It is ideal device to use as the universal key.
I can do some other solution, I can buy Ubikey or something. But it just adds complexity and cost to achieve what I already have with Trezor.
Trezor is perfect match for this usecase.
3) Appflowy is on my list, but last time when I tried it was not working and crashing. I thinks its still under heavy development, but true it's promising.
2) If I loose the phone, can I recover my Signal account by using different number? I expect no. Then I loose that account and I have to create new one.
This is usable for some use cases, but not for those when I need identity and build network & reputation.
Virtual Credit cards (prepaid) never actually worked for me. Many vendors simply reject them.
I always ended up with $25 sucked at some prepaid card that did not bought me what I wanting. Then I had to figure out how to spend it.
Once I tried to dump it on some charity and the payment processor rejected that.
I wrote a short note about it here:
In reality I had to turn over a quite a lot of cash.
Instead lliving on Bitcoin I would call it - living without bank account and credit card.
But it was not entirely true either in my case. I always have them as backup, and sad to say, they saved my ass couple of times (abroad).
I would say if you want to live on Bitcoin locally, you find your dealers for p2p and you know shops around that accepts Bitcoin (or better you orange pill them) then it works.
To travel on Bitcoin, that's completely different story and I think it's possible but unreasonably expensive.
Services that sells flights and acomodation for Bitcoin have really hight premium.
To pay with Bitcoin over lightning I use bitrefill.com and coinsbee.com very often.
It works well for games (Blizzard, Steam, ...)
Is do you know any other side that sells such gift cards? Or any other smart way how to live on crypto?
How do you define it? I used to, if you count p2p vexing for cash.
Also buying flight tickets and hotels abroad is hard (or expensive) with cash/bitcoin.
You can see who follows you and just follow back. (At least Amethyst shows that.)
Remove likes. Only Zaps and Boosts matters, because they transfer value.

Etar https://f-droid.org/packages/ws.xsoh.etar/ Is the app you want to use for your Calendar.
It's basically Google Calendar but FOSS. No Google, no spying, free and open!
You then sync your calendars via DecSync + Syncthing.
Absolute best among ToDo apps is https://tasks.org/.
It's FOSS, and has great UX.
Maybe you know todoist.com, tasks.org are very similar and comes free and open.
They have backup and can be synced with https://f-droid.org/packages/org.decsync.cc/ + https://syncthing.net/
You don't need payed, closed apps full of spyware and ads. The FOSS apps are great and they works.
I have stash that I want to have as backup.
I have other separate stash that I use very often. I live on Bitcoin. I have income in Bitcoin and I spend it.
If I need fiat shitcoins I sell Bitcoin peer to peer for cash.
All my Bitcoins are NonKyc.
I don't use credit cards nor bank accounts. (I have them, I use them only in extreme emergency situations, when paying cash or in Bitcoin is not safe. I am not proud of it, but having a card a being able to pay with it abroad saved my ass few times.)
All Bitcoins I sell on streets are conjoined or swapped thought Lightning, Monero or at least fixedfloat or similar.
I pay with lightning a lot. There are eshops that supports that, for others I use Bitrefil or Coinsbee.
I hodl as much as I can. I don't want to sell my Bitcoins, I want to spend them. But I live normal life, and I spend sats nearly daily to live it.
I am not here for the Lambo, but Revolution. I am my own bank, I don't ask permission, I transct freely but hidden from praying eyes.
Bitcoin did not made me rich (hopefully in the future it will), but it made me free.
I have just done that. It's liberating.
Also you can have read only Twitter with https://f-droid.org/packages/com.jonjomckay.fritter/ which is inspired by the NewPipe.
Problem lies in the "free" part of it. It must not be free.
Good for start to attract enthusiasts. But it must be sustainable in the long run, thus paid.
The https://www.simplemobiletools.com/ is great collection of basic FOSD apps. You don't need Google SMS or Dialer to spy on you.
And the Gallery or File manager are just gems.
The best practice with passwords is to have a unique password for each service. This article proposes the same approach to identities.
#[0] Can the likes can be removed from Nostr? #[1] maybe at least from Amethyst?
Likes are useless, they give nothing. It's empty gesture.
