It feels like -5 and it’s snowing. I don’t know if I should walk to college or take a bus. I like walking and listening to my audio books. I also appreciate the winter landscape. The problem is that my backpack is not waterproof so that makes things difficult. 😞

Yeah man, regularity is important as well, like eat every two hours... no butter, oil, less salt... When it starts to burn it is because is already impacted! Search your thoughts as well... when we get over and over piss of in the same subject the heat is inevitable
