Yeah man, regularity is important as well, like eat every two hours... no butter, oil, less salt... When it starts to burn it is because is already impacted! Search your thoughts as well... when we get over and over piss of in the same subject the heat is inevitable

The question is: are you feeling pain? If you are, eating more vegebles and with constancy will help to heal your stomach, acid and fat foods should be avoided! Meat diet is cool, but it takes the system to work full on... pause are needed in every single aspect of our lives! Raw veggies preferred organic ones! Its like to prevent sickness!

Try to get a lot of water, maybe some tea! If you are not feeling ok you should avoid heavy and fat food... Try eat more pranic food... and if not get better probably some medicine will be needed!
