It's a marvellous piece of writing. It is gonna prevent this shit happening to others.
The whole ' mental elf' industry is one big cesspit filled with corrupt psychopaths calling themselves 'professionals'.
Govt will post you euthanasia kit.
Don't give up. Keep going.

For example I use nostr-check but you can use your own [domain](https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/05.md#mapping-nostr-keys-to-dns-based-internet-identifiers). I simply do not wish to be verified/identified.

'For the many not for the few' - isn't it Jezza's battle cry?
Silver's lost. One down. Market capitalisation.
Have you figured that one out @nostr:npub19ma2w9dmk3kat0nt0k5dwuqzvmg3va9ezwup0zkakhpwv0vcwvcsg8axkl ? I also seem to have some problems with using npub and @ to directly refer to people.

Market capitalisation of #bitcoin surpassed silver and it's 8th biggest asset in the world.
I always get this message when trying to use it from certain IP addresses. For example an UK IP is OK. I use VPN most of the time. When not on VPN never get this problem. That doesn't mean that Reddit doesn't suck, because it does.
That's cool. I use Fitbit Charge 6 now, it's small, minimalist, battery lasts up to 10 days. The sleep recording seems to be often flakey but it's enough OK for me. What's appealing is sleep phases. However, I frequently have impression that this feature is a bit hit and miss. Also unexpected updates like in Windows. 😉
My previous was also Garmin. Something put me off it. Barely remember the main problem, it could be some stupid design issue. Apart of that the strap used to cause eczema. 🙃
I might have another look into it. At the time it looked really crazy but now is somewhat intriguing.
