Nostr is nowhere near as active as it was last year. But whenever I open it, I feel the potential it has. It runs smoother and the content is still high signal. It’s going to get better and better. One day it’ll get massive adoption. This must be what it felt like to be in Bitcoin early. Sitting on a gem that the world still hasn’t even heard of yet.

MSTR did not find a glitch, they are just taking on risk, which works as long as there isn't a massive crash

Bitcoin does have a way of flushing out massive amounts of leverage. Not saying it will happen, but it CAN happen

To summarize:

- convertible notes: give option to debt holders to convert into shares, diluting current share holders. But if it doesn't pump, can only pay back by selling BTC.

- straight debt: mstr doesn't have enough income to pay back all debt holders, so they can become a forced seller of coins or shares (dilution) during a dump of BTC or mstr stonk

- their force sells can dump the price further creating a death loop of even more selling

Yes it looks genius after a huge pump but it could potentially be lights out if we crash 70%

But we probably won't

You are about to embark on a wild ride my friend. For me the way I looked at the world changed. My life experiences have made me pretty cynical and kind of cold. My kids helped bring back a different perception on life. They help you rediscover the magic and wonder that kids have in the world. It's also tough at the same time.

We have enjoyed each phase of raising tiny adults so far. They grow fast. I will say that once they start walking it gets to be much for fun for a dad. Just try to enjoy even the annoyances because you may look back and miss some of them.
