Also Github is kinda the FOSS app store. But for now, I see it as better option than Apple.
I can imagine app review reverting on this specifically, but it should be a wake up call anyway.
It was a genuine question as I haven't dived into this area yet. I did a bit of research and found https://cryptpad.fr/ which does't sound to bad. Maybe someone else can point out some other options.
