It’s short but spectacular—read it below, and you’ll want to move to Wyoming or at least do your business here. This bill is a companion to the bill protecting code as speech, which Wyoming enacted 2 years ago with Christopher Allen’s help (so developers can’t be criminally charged in Wyoming for merely writing code, unless you use it to commit a crime).
