I admit that which makes me both terrified and angry that we (the American people) have enabled this terrible behavior by voting the senators and legislature into power.

I admit, the fact rhat the Restrict act is being considered by the congress shows a number of ways there's a fundamental misunderstanding of the technological landscape...and the almost desperate grasping for more control.
