nostr:npub15879mltlln6k8jy32k6xvagmtqx3zhsndchcey8gjyectwldk88sq5kv0n would you say these metal stock tanks are more durable then the rubbermade ones? My rubbermade laying a few years then breaking, probably from having weight on them.
Awesome, we’ll see how long the panels last, slight rust already. Very humid down in Houston :)
Crocs are the best, but loop in the front for me :)
Here is a better picture
4x8 beds with 1’ space in between. I have reusable zip ties on the shade cloth for now. I’ll roll up or down and redo zip ties.
Yeah, I’m using the cattle panels from tractor supply. The reusable zip ties Jack recommends. I think I have a 10’x20’ roll over all the beds.
I think the shade cloth will help a lot this year. Brussels sprouts are growing so slow. :)
#pond #filter #grownostr #garden I like the rubber irrigation tubing half-inch and the associated barbs with that. You can use the straight irrigation bar to screw into the pond pump. Then you can use an angle bar to screw in into a half-inch PVC elbow.
This simple pond filter has lava rock, mint, green onion, sweet potato, the PVC pipe runs to the bottom and the water flows out the top. I’ll set a timer so it only runs certain number of hours to per day to save energy.

Barbs not bar ;)

It’s about rice size or smaller. Overall looks perfect to me. I was crushing with shovel. Only downside is you have to load a little, use the push stick to get it in. I need a large funnel or something.
#grownostr #biochar #garden nostr:npub15879mltlln6k8jy32k6xvagmtqx3zhsndchcey8gjyectwldk88sq5kv0n
Going through the garden this morning. Everything is growing great just planted some melons cucumbers, kale.
Aquaponics system with koi, goldfish and minnows. Propagating mulberry, mint, bottlebrush.
I bought a wen chipper from Amazon for about $100. I chipped up a 5 gallon bucket of biochar in about 10 minutes. The only thing I did was wet down the biochar so that it wouldn’t be as dusty. I did wear a mask. Worked really well, just waiting for my woodpile to dry.
If anyone is around Houston, and wants some free elderberry plants send me a message. I have too many at this point thanks

And the higher the price goes, the wider my smile gets :).
I just send them good videos or make specific points. I’m not very persuasive :). Here is a good deep dive by Saylor : https://youtu.be/cifuTy4fBfg?feature=shared
Saylor had an interesting point for companies, get a venture capitalist to loan you money. Buy Bitcoin, see it go up, VC’s are unable to invest in BTC. Do you think this would work?
#grownostr #saylor #btc great talk understanding BTC with Saylor. https://youtu.be/cifuTy4fBfg?feature=shared
So do they start red and then go black? Mine are at the red stage :)
#grownostr #earpro electronic ear muffs on sale for $15… had to get a pair: https://a.co/d/9jFfTVM
Do you make anything with them? Or just eat the berries?
Are they local to your community or from somewhere else?
