Today was a struggle but made the best of it.

Picked up a cold from the kids but got in some sunlit dedliffs in and a couple indoor cardio sets with pushups etc..

Google anything. The availability of information and search results has been significantly scrubbed. A few years ago you would get hundreds of hits on any search.. today, a lot of that information is no longer available. 🤔
