everything i wanna regularly do, what has helped me is making a post about it to someone who thinks it's a good thing to do, and then going and doing it that very moment, i'm sure there's some mental thing to it i started reading a chapter a day a few weeks ago or so, and i've forgotten a couple days but any day i remember that is hould i go do it, i also pray about it.
