Not consuming alcohol is great. You’ll definitely see the benefits in a few months. I still consume alcohol but it’s limited to special events like weddings. And even then it’s limited.
Cousins looks like he’s all arm when throwing. He doesn’t look like he can plant and use his lower body anymore.
I don’t fully diss him. I can appreciate the fact that he pushes a narrative to get people healthy without the use of pharmaceuticals. I enjoy his holistic approach to health. I just didn’t really latch on.
