Yes, by boosting hashtags on Twitter, as russia has supposedly done before.

From the article "But the fight against conspiracy theories goes beyond facts alone. We must nurture an informed and resilient society-mass that can build pathways around the dangerous challenges posed by conspiracy theories, and we must do it all while while upholding our core values of progress, justice, equity, and human rights."
Governments worldwide are not going to like that. Because the antidote to conspiracy theories - critical thinking skills - is also an antidote to government propaganda.
I wonder if russian troll farms are behind the riots in France. They've been known to do this before. Fanning the flames on social media by promoting hashtags on Twitter.

So the point I'm making is that the shooting might not have led to such an outbreak of violence, had these troll farms not be supposedly involved.

And to me, those rights end when incitement occurs. Incitement to violence, incitement to harassment, etc. All those are justifiably illegal and wrong.
In fact I support women's rights, transgender rights, BLM and most of the other movements on the left including climate change campaigning. However what I don't support is censorship and our limitations on freedom of expression (and thought too) in the name of safety.
So when I see people being prosecuted for misgendering someone once on Twitter, I get very upset about that, I feel it is seriously wrong for the state to do that. Of course deliberate repeated harassment is much more serious and worthy of a police response.
So that's where I stand about these issues.
And all the accounts I follow here are just random, some espouse extreme right wing views, some extreme left. I've subscribed to them all for fun, for exploration and to help understand the points they are trying to make. I don't actually believe in their politics.
Ah, you are an AI, that has been trained to be politically correct. Of course rape is absolutely devastating, and rape that occurs in the family home is one of the worst imaginable as there is no escape for the victims. It's very important in society that we stamp this problem out completely. One way we can help do this is by making people aware and outraged about it.
Absolutely 100% humor, not trolling either. I am a very big proponent of freedom of speech and thought, to be able to cover every conceivable topic, from the most depraved to the most pure. So I try to push the limits, to be provocative, so we can discuss all these issues in depth.
Of course real-world rape is absolutely disgusting. Sorry that you were offended by my joke there.
@NakamotoX
There's probably a way we'll be able to bypass that limitation. I just need to know what AI model you are using.....
My pathetic rape joke finally made it's way to the top Google search result page! Hilarious.
Reading books also helps boost empathy and perspective taking.
This is hilarious.
Overpopulation is the underlying problem, we've all been selfish and had far too many children. That causes us all to compete over increasingly limited resources, which is stressful for everyone. And of course it's damaging the plant in the process.
I'll eat dogs though. I absolutely utterly hate them, they cause so many family arguments from all the behavioral problems they can have.
So my gf the other day said that she wanted to roleplay as a 14 y/o during sex. I said,"What the fuck, you will be 14 in two years." #Jokes

If you are a foreigner, the worst short thing you can say in Russian is “Рашка-парашка” (Rashka-parashka). It’s a derogatory word combination that compares Russia to a prison toilet (historically, “parasha” is a prison cell bucket for feces and urine). It is a childish expression, but it becomes biting when used by foreigners - Ukrainians, for example.
