Here's a clip of my audiozine where I explain magnetic recording on cassettes. Analog life. Cassettes, coffee, and newspapers :)

Start lifting weights if you are not doing so already. Resistance training is one of the best things to do as you get older.

I actually made it to this talk, it was great!
Have y'all checked out rf swift yet? https://rf-swift.readthedocs.io/
It's by a rf hacker I know. I haven't yet looked into it but says it supports linux.
Probably the best book I've read on Afghanistan was the Places in Between by Rory Stewart. Dude plans to walk across Afg. In October 2001 and is like, oh well, already bought tickets.
I read it before I deployed there in 2011. Unsurprisingly, no one really wanted to talk about it :)
So, a guy I was in submarines with is now retired and has a fig farm. He's in NW USA but has a nice youtube channel about figs and growing them. Figlife.com
It's not just me :) today's top story on bandcamp:
This: https://floex.cz/ ? I'm in a very open mind musically right now, I'm like a teenager again :) I will check it out thanks!
GM. What are we all listening today today? I listened to the btc prague keynote last night (these maxell type 1s are pretty good for spoken word.)
Today I've got a slovak folk band that also has synths! I really like it plus there cover art is amazing.

Yessss. So I was think on this especially after listening to Maller's keynote. I think live music, tapes, LPs etc... are the bitcoin of music. They require proof of work to enjoy. Streaming is ethereum. It uses made up physics and is virtual detached from reality.
There is a great book on this BTW, the Revenge of Analog.
I think I'm only going to get my music either from cassette or bandcamp (which I will then record to cassette). I canceled spotify earlier in the year and I think I'll let my tidal free trial expired as well.
This guy is speaking my language. #music https://youtu.be/1bZ0OSEViyo
Oh, drama! OK well, I'll listen tonight on my evening walk and hear what he had to say. I put Jack Mallers on side B.
I slept in the morning of Saylor's talk so I recorded it to tape. Can't wait to listen! I hope he tells me something about bitcoin.
