Can someone explain the context? There are many questions. "...prevent devs from getting funding" is something I could see myself supporting if for example the rest of the sentence was "from JPMorgan Chase". I agree we should have no heroes but being objective is important. It seems imprudent to judge people on rumors. "What have you done for me lately" seems to be an equally reactive flipside.
Well, considering you live in "MAGA country"...

Would be nice to have a shoe with a microsd slot and a pattern/material on the sole that obscured it from xrays. Could nickname them "Capital Flights".
I just mean on a daily basis. They are HODLers. ETFs are buying and dumping with the markets.
Also, unlike the ETFs, there are no plans for Bitcoin outflows from MSTR.
Regarding MoE, you might consider that sometimes people's words are meant for some specific ears and don't necessarily represent one's actual interests.
I other words, it might be opportune, at least for now, for certain people to not considers Bitcoin to be a competitor.
"This large wooden horse is a gift!"
Well... They've been making me rich, so that's something. 😂
Bitcoin and nostr are the answers to the trend towards digital feudalism, helping you take back your freedom and property rights from those that would censor and control you.
This is the best timeline.
Less than 2000 blocks to the halving.
Buckle up!
I've heard of this sort of scam in NY before. A friend was on a council looking into taxing commuters who drive in, to reduce congestion. There were lining up a huge contract with IBM and MSFT to put in expensive license plate reader's everywhere and all the networking infrastructure to support it. My friend asks "we already have a tax for parking garages. Why not just bump the tax a few points." He was immediately kicked off the committee. This is probably just another kick back deal.
The privacy aspect is probably not even their primary driver. It's always about the money. You can almost see it in his face. He's got perfect cover to spend a ton of taxpayer dollars, and reap whatever "indirect" benefit can be derived.
Hey, NVK, I see you have volumetric STL files on your site, but is there any chance we can get STL files for the existing plastics so we can 3D print our own cases?
How can I be of service?
I'm definitely more polite on here than before being banned on birdsite.
I honestly wonder what would happen "here" if we conjured the gods of ball busting, trolling and sarcasm.
Beautifully written.
With respect to when has beauty saved anything, this is an unusual and much less eloquent example, but beautiful works like this can remind us, or enlighten those who aren't old enough to rememeber, that life can be and once was more carefree, light, fun, friendly and truly social. The historical clips seem to speak for themselves.
I watch this from time to time if I need to lift my spirit.
We're still in the first minutes of the first day of the Bitcoin revolution.

They just wanted to know the name of the retard who'd buy non-alcoholic Guinness. 😂
Sorry. Couldn't resist. 😊👍. That's very responsible of you.
Lol. Good one.
I find it fascinating that there is such a tight correlation between Bitcoiners and reading the green lines of the Matrix, like Neo. None of the statist B. S. is believed by most Bitcoiners I know. From the "vaccine" and lab leak "conspiracy theory", the "unprovoked Russian war" and them "bombing their own pipeline" to paying more taxes and eating insects to stop the Earth from warming. That being said, it's getting much easier over time. On that front, our edge over many normies might be dwindling since the propaganda has become so blatant now.
I guess there's no hope for his redemption. I had thought otherwise. He went too deep.
As an aside, if you never saw him on The Rubin Report (must have been 2017), it's worth a watch. There's one moment when Dave asks a surprisingly insightful question regarding "the real bitcoin" and it throws Roger completely off his game. Dave is pretty smart so that's not what surprised me, but Dave's logical approach to simply trying to get his head around Bitcoin led him to an unintentional gotcha question. It was amazing while at the same time sad to see.
Bitcoin Jesus is no more. Maybe "Bitcoin Anakin" would suit him better. The Fork Wars were certainly interesting times.
