I just Googled "weather modification". Everyone knows it's a thing. So I don't think it needs to be turned into a "conspiracy" "theory".
I rather think it is scientists pretending to be God. Add incompetency and ingnorance and you get yourself a hurricane going overboard. I don't know. 🤷🏻♀️ Definitely leaning on the side, without having put too much thought into it, of not being an ostrich with my head in the sand to think this was all just a Natural disaster and nature doing it's thing and entirely dismissing the fact that cloud seeding is absolutely a fucking thing...
