Socrates didn't say this--but it seems to be this way.

Around us, life bursts forth with miracles—a glass of water, a ray of sunshine, a leaf, a caterpillar, a flower, laughter, raindrops. If you live in awareness, it is easy to see miracles everywhere.

Each human being is a multiplicity of miracles. Eyes that see thousands of colors, shapes, and forms; ears that hear a bee flying or a thunderclap; a brain that ponders a speck of dust as easily as the entire cosmos; a heart that beats in rhythm with the heartbeat of all beings.

When we are tired and feel discouraged by life’s daily struggles, we may not notice these miracles, but they are always there.

Dehydrated hummus

What I do is soak my chickpeas overnight, cook them until soft. Blend with garlic, lemon juice pepper and salt.

Don't add any oil or tahini because it will go rancid.

Spend on baking paper, and dehydrate. Then blend once it's all dried out.

When you want to use it take out what you need add water, olive oil and tahini or sesame seed oil #food #hummuspowder #recipies

“To hold our tongues when everyone is gossiping, to smile without hostility at people and institutions, to compensate for the shortage of love in the world with more love in small, private matters; to be more faithful in our work, to show greater patience, to forgo the cheap revenge obtainable from mockery and criticism: all these are things we can do.”

I feel helpless--so many online friends are going through hardship. All I can do is keep you safe in my heart.

"To make clove water, boil 4 to 5 cloves in one cup of water, lower the heat, and allow it to simmer for five minutes. Cover the water while it’s simmering to prevent the vapors from escaping. Allow the clove water to cool for one hour and consume it 30 minutes before bed. " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XEcssz8NOhg
