As a relay operator my options are limited only to the one relay. I have mechanisms in place to delete spam and prevent spammers from posting ever again. But it is very very easy to spawn a 7 milion new accounts and spam from those. I can see that none of that is solving your issue... Maybe creating an equivalent of a circle and using encryption, you then let only trusted or vetted people into the circle. But is that really possible?
In the past days there were some issues with spam and a specific awful content on relay.CasualCrypto.Date so please if you see something say something.
