I think the impact that using a task list can have on your life is severely understated.

I've been using tasks.org FOSS task list app & protocol for over a year now and it has been incredibly helpful in managing my day-to-day life and reducing stress.

Nope. It's blocked at another level - Android Auto requires superuser permissions that GrapheneOS is configured to simply not grant, IIRC. I've heard of people that have compiled their own version of GrapheneOS including AA, but its not available off-the-shelf in any way.

It's a sad reflection of our society, the fact that many of us need to drug ourselves first thing in the morning in order to hold our own. #coffee

To be fair, I'm not sure I'd ever want power in the hands of "the people." The people, as a concept, does not exist, and democracy of the masses is dangerous because the masses are easily manipulable or otherwise King Demos is a tyrannical ruler, governed by base instincts.

I feel like we're headed towards a two-tiered world: People will be divided into those that are completely dependant on the state and massive conglomerates, and those that can somewhat maintain a semblance of independance.

I'm not a total pessimist, but there is an undeniable trend towards higher #surveillance, erosion of #property rights and of #money, and of total control.

It's imperative to build resilient, parallel networks that enable society and humanity to flourish. At least those who seek it...
