I have watched my physique and physiognomy improve even further by just fasting if I don’t have access to proper food and drink (outside of prescribed fasting days).

If, for whatever reason, I only have access to ultra-processed or sub-par garbage, I will just not eat or drink, I will just go hungry until I have access to proper ones.

It is usually with food as water is available in every corner.

Minimal, if any impact to muscle mass and size even if eating a bit less sometimes.

Something else that I have noticed when using Session is the significant delay to send and receive messages.

This is costing me trust with the people who I use it with as they are used to speed and convenience.

I read that messages are wrapped in multiple layers of onion encryption and routed from the Session App through their distributed onion network before reaching their destination.

I wonder if there’s something else delaying the send and delivery of these.

If you're coming from Twitter Android and want to replicate the lists + custom feeds experience:

1. Download Amethyst

2. Go to the website listr.lol

3. Create New list

4. Give it a name

5. Choose 'Named Follow Set - kind 30000'

6. Add the npubs of people you want to add to the list.

7. Make sure you select 'public' while adding them.

8. Publish new list

9. Go to Amethyst and press 'All Follows' on top.

10. The list of npubs you created will be shown on the list of feeds.

11. You can switch to a feed where you see posts only from those npubs.

After finishing the phone setup, I will wipe the desktop. Lastly over the next 6 months I hope to setup the home server. Here I think of an master slave mirrored system with different locations (if one house burns down...)

Any thoughts on it? Feel free to confuse me further (this tech stuff is also a deep rabbit hole)
