What is the best way to celebrate block 777777?
In the future, we might be zapping each other with the power of our thoughts 🤯
Lucky 4 year old 😂
Part of growing up is accepting that some dreams are never meant to happen. But it’s still great to have them, as their existence makes it easy to get out of bed in the morning and carry on with your day.
Fun fact:
It took the Bitcoin Takeover podcast 64 episodes (20 months) to have a guest on the show for the 2nd time.
John Carvalho, who was also the 2nd ever guest in February 2019, once again joined the pod in October 2020 during the Digital Totality conference by Paralelni Polis.

Yup, I can relate to that. But I’m not sure I’d play it like that today 😅
The original Zelda is too cryptic, I very much prefer A Link to the Past for story and structure. At least you know what you’re supposed to do 😅
Man, that’s a hard one. Much respect, followed!
Thank you, finally someone admits it 🤩
That’s for people who don’t get brand new Toyota GR Supras.
If everything goes well, I might record the entire season 20 of the Bitcoin Takeover podcast while driving around in a yellow Toyota GR Supra.
Basically Bitcoin Car Talk, but for a guy who can’t afford a Lambo but doesn’t want a family car either 😂

Less KYC, more KFC.
1 bitcoin = 1 million bits = 100 million bitcents

Came across some interesting non-technical and philosophical posts on the cryptography mailing list and I was up all night reading them.
The cypherpunks are truly something else in terms of training and education. They read Magna Carta and the Federalist Papers, then get together to discuss how they can enforce such ideas with strong cryptography.
Also found some great great articles from the mid 1990s about how they hoped the internet would weaken the governments and bring about liberation through information. That didn't go so well, look at the events from the last 3 years and the Tik Tok generation.
Anyway, I feel like an idiot whenever I compare myself to some average 1994 Usenet commentator. Sometimes I think that I wouldn't have anything interesting to add.
But I'm happy that I'm still learning and broadening my knowledge beyond the usual echo chamber and news cycle.
I’m gonna be honest here: I love the guitar tones and textures that The Edge uses. Every section of every song (verse, chorus, bridge) has its own effect and I very much appreciate the attention that he puts into his craft.
But I can’t stand U2 due to the excessive wokeness. If Bono kept his mouth shut more outside of singing, I’d probably appreciate the band’s music a lot more.
