How to deal with toxic change in coinjoins
https://bitcoinmagazine.com/technical/toxic-change-wabisabi-bitcoin-coinjoin-privacy
Oh course you don't. It's safer to stay within your LARP Kliq, not respond to questions, avoid thinking and blindly hail the almighty Scamourai devs.
Any honest researcher or DYORin pleb would look in to my claims and try to debunk them or ask questions.
Pussies ignore unfavorable comments.
You Scamourai guys don't seem have a clue about what censorship means, what's the difference between Chainalysis and chain analysis, how Wasabi works or how the thing you blindly shill and support actually works.
Except that I apparently know better how Whirlpool works than you, based on this comment of yours that I already replied to π
> You can send up 70 UTXOs
Don't you see how consolidating these would be very bad?
Maybe you meant you can get ~70 UTXOs out from a Tx0?

> Whrilpool have no censorship
Only government can censor.
Everything else is just a private entity deciding who they do business with.
> does noy work with chainanalysis
Neither does zkSNACKs. Or do you say you are "working" with a shopkeeper when you buy something from the store?
> Its a zerolink cj and it breaks deterministic links
The protocol #[6] designed is being used but unfortunately, Scamourais understanding of it is similar to Roger Ver's understanding of the Bitcoin whitepaper.
Both are naively nitpicking on the wording.
Hiding the toxic change and different input values in one transaction before a coinjoin does nothing against observers, but it does cost more in mining fees.
> no address reuses or merges.
How about the consolidation of multiple toxic change outputs to join a pool?
Regarding address reuse, afaik neither implementation has them at the moment but it's a problem in both projects history. It might become a thing again in the future, like when Wasabi needs to allow payments in coinjoins.
Indeed.
Imagine paying 5% coordinator fee to join 0.001 BTC Whirlpool, while Wasabi doesn't charge any coordinator fee for inputs below 0.01 BTC.
Wasabi is cheaper in coordinator fees unless a user has 12 * the pool denomination in the 2 biggest Whirlpools (0.5 & 0.05) or 17 * the pool denomination (0.01).
In Scamourai you get free remixes but in Wasabi you get free remixing even after 1 hop.
Whirlpool requires you to do 2 transactions, Tx0 and the actual cj, while Wasabi does it all in one to save on tx fees.
Tx0 produces a toxic change, while Wasabi doesn't, except for big whales.
To register multiple inputs to Tx0 you reveal the common input heuristic, which is very bad for users privacy, while in Wasabi all inputs are registered separately.
In Whirlpool you need to wait a lot to be able to remix, while in Wasabi you can do it very quickly.
Scamourai is older project than Wasabi but they still have only ~10% of the volume.
No wonder they are salty and they need to create confusion to stay in business.
