Your mind is (a) the most powerful thing about yourself and (b) the only thing true about yourself. Believe this.
Really think about this life. Is this all? Is this it? Could this “reality” be reality? If it’s true, God would indeed be cruel and insane. But God is not insane. He only made the true, eternal, and perfect. Therefore you are what He is, because He made you like Himself. Ask whether He made this imperfect world for you. Why would He give you something that wasn’t perfect like Himself? You underestimate your creative abilities, as well as your ability to miscreate (in wrong perception).
This world is not real.
That means you’re dreaming (hallucinating).
If you’re dreaming, there must be a real world.
So what is the real world?
The real world shows a world seen differently, through quiet eyes and with a mind at peace. Nothing but rest is there. The real world is a symbol that the dream of sin and guilt is over and God’s Son no longer sleeps. The real world signifies the end of time, for its perception makes time purposeless.
