I have the btc pay sever extension on Mynode but it prompts me to enter email and password and no link to signup. Why do I need an email to use?

BtcPayserver has its own login prompt since it supports multiple users. You setup a user/pass to access it.

It was super easy to setup. Install the plugin, fill in 3 fields. Update Nostr profile. Boom

Make sure you're blasting to the mutinywallet relay. That will get your note onto all the relays.

Then just post about it often.

Why program hashtag icons into Nostr clients when you can enable users to customize their own hashtag icons with a downloadable (or just link to one online) icon pack and assign whatever hashtags > images they want?

Do it. If it doesn't get a lot of traction, you can still release it other ways.

I don't see a downside other than emotional if it doesn't do as well as you hope.

Quitting alcohol is trendy lately.

Which is totally cool, alcohol is a poison and is absolutely terrible for your body. So I support you entirely.

But I’m Irish…

So I will be continuing on in your absence lol 😂

That said I have some rules for my relationship with alcohol.

1. You should drink rarely. Once or twice a month at most.

2. When you do drink though, get drunk. Otherwise what the fuck is the point.

3. In celebration? Always. In sorrow? Never.

4. Never around my children to excess. No kid wants to see the man they depend on out of control.

5. And lastly and most importantly I never forget the advice my grandfather gave me which is being an alcoholic isn’t about how often you drink, it’s about the consequences that come as a result of your drinking. If you have consequences as a result of your relationship with alcohol… it’s time to stop.
