No one wants to stop you right now. Nostr isn't anonymous (unless you take extra precautions.) If you start pissing off powerful people, they can absolutely track you down.
I'm not saying don't have your fun. Just don't assume you're invincible. Take precautions (TOR, VPN, etc.) to protect your identity if you do anything serious.
