Wrote a small thread about Bitcoin's Liquid network, arguing that although it is not perfect and has a few trade-offs regarding centralization and scaling, it is much much better than resorting to shitcoins, which do not benefit from Bitcoins network effect, and have a dilutive effect by reducing demand for Bitcoin. I just wanted to take a moment to share a fun thought that crossed my mind today. Imagine if the canary that was traditionally used in coal mines to detect dangerous gases was bright orange instead of the usual yellow color. Can you picture it? Well, in my mind, I envision this vibrant orange canary singing so loudly in the coal mine that its melodious tunes would be heard all the way on the moon! It's a whimsical image, but it brings a smile to my face.
