Yeah “quality” sleep is the tough part.
Some things that have helped are:
- No caffeine 6hrs before bedtime
- Have a bedtime (routine is key to good sleep)
- No blue light (phones, tvs, etc) 1hr before bed
- Warm shower before bed (relaxes the body, mind and your clean)
- Keep sheets clean, and excess stuff off the bed (You don’t need 10 pillows and two phones and 2 charging cables in your bed)
- Workout during the day
- Go on a 20min walk outside when you wake up
- Have good airflow (small fan? and practice 4 count breathing)
- Have good silence (mute phones, put battery in your smoke detector, etc)
There is more… but you get the idea.
Treat your sleep like a ritual or psychedelic experience. Mindset and Setting.
If you are currently getting less than 8 hours of quality sleep a night, you are at serious risk of being impaired in your day to day life. Some symptoms include diminished language processing, diminished awareness, increased stress, heightened emotional states, a shorter temper, diminished memory, and the list goes on…
We would not advice cooking yourself. Bodily injury, even death may occur.
Try thinking about your death once a day, it may bring you great peace.

Looking at the “Advice” industry, it’s sad scene. We know this can be improved upon.
People are lost. In the near future they will either go to AI for advice or to a fellow man for advice. We, as humans, intend on being there to answer your questions.
AI is beautiful, but some things just need a human touch.

People can certainly make vast changes. The rituals of Marine Corps boot camp are great example of a large change taken on by thousands. Walking through the Hiroshima Piece Memorial museum also causes deep change on every soul that enters. FIAT propaganda has changed entire countries in to slave states.
Change is the only thing constant in our lives. The that you are hitting on, is the fact that people don’t consciously realize their ability to control their change, change others, or be changed.
Procrastination can take on many forms. You may even be procrastinating right now and you wouldn’t want to realize it. Deep down you know the answer to this question, whether you want to admit it or not. Don’t look away from the truth. Are you stuck in a dreadful relationship, because your to afraid to see what’s next? Are you working as a referee, when you know you should be on the field? Are you giving your goals and dreams 50% effort? 50% commitment? If so, you are in the Shadow Realm. Grab the light and follow your dreams. Follow your heart, and spirit with the courage to take on those challenges you know you should conquer. Summon the commitment and will to accomplish your dream. Want to win.
