Git LFS is pretty cool and I’m using it to have revisioned build toolchains and setups
it also means I get build determinism as the hash for the toolchain is tracked in the code repo
I have started doing something like this in the last year and it has been nothing but great
everything is modular, dependency injection if anything is needed, shared-almost-nothing
