The impression of green-ness can be created by an infinite combination of wavelengths and intensities. All that is necessary is for the light that hits your retina to cause the various cone cells to fire at the right rate. Most of us have three types of cone cells. Some only two. Some four. Some none. All but the last have their own interpretation of green-ness.

We think of light as having a color; but color is an artifact of our brain based upon the very rudimentary frequency sensors in those cone cells. Light, itself, is never green. Certain combinations of intensities and frequencies are interpreted as green.

They come from measuring the work as you work. At no point do you need to analyze a specification and make guesses about how long it will take to implement.

Can you describe the color green? Of course you can’t. It’s a color. It’s a social construct. It’s not anything definable. And it’s the same with gender. The word woman is just like a color. And that color is just as indescribable as green is. A woman is just a person who says they are a woman. What’s more, humans are blind to the gender color. We can’t see it at all. Describing woman-ness is just like describing green to a blind man. Gender is an invisible color known only to the bearer. It has no other definition.

And that’s why men can get pregnant, and that’s why women can impregnate men, because there are no actual men or women…it’s all just in their minds. In fact, we could say, that gender is a mental disorder, a kind of societal hallucination.

Regarding ensemble/mob programming. This is an ensemble at work. Nobody's sitting around watching somebody else play, but they're all listening closely to each other. Lots of communication in real time, no "interrupting." The result is greater than anything one individual can do, even though all four are masters of what they do. You cannot get these results working alone.
